Returns Policy
At Amani Visions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there are any issues with your order, such as damaged or incorrect items, we offer a return policy within 15 days from the date of delivery.
Please note that returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or if there is an error with the order, such as receiving the wrong item. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible at amanivision.co@gmail.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. We may ask for photos of the damaged or incorrect items to help us process your return quickly.
Once we receive your return request, we will review it and arrange for a return or exchange. If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will either send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that personalized items (such as custom prints or products with specific designs requested by the customer) are generally non-returnable, unless they are damaged or incorrectly produced. This is because these items are made to order specifically for each customer.
For all return requests, the item must be returned in its original condition, with all packaging and accessories intact. Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
